In this introductory workshop, you’ll explore a style of Qigong (Daoist) that features continuous, gentle movements; tapping to awaken qi meridian lines; and guided meditative imagery that mirrors the effortless way nature flows. We’ll close with a 10-minute sound bath to leave you feeling deeply relaxed and centered.
