At Just Bee Yoga, the five elements of yoga (earth, water, fire, air and ether) are incorporated into our class curriculum. All levels are welcome to every class. We do not offer pre-registration for class spots. Doors open 15 minutes prior to class start time.
Fire Flow (Hot)
Prepare to sweat, flow and challenge your body and mind in this hot Vinyasa format set to uplifting music. This class will help you build strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. Room temperature 95 and up.
Soul Flow (Warm)
An organic flow that meets you right where you're at. This all-levels class offers longer holds with plenty of modifications and challenges allowing you to deepen and strengthen your practice. Room temperature 85 and up.
Vinyasa + Core Strengthening
Go to the deep layers of the core and engage the physical and energetic components of Uddiyana and Mula Bhanda throughout this heated flow practice. Expect the room temperature to be about 95 degrees radiant heat.
Yin + Restorative
An invitation to slow down and welcome ease and compassion. 45 minutes of this class will be dedicated to Yin stretching followed by 15 minutes of restorative poses. Long holds with deep stretching helps to restore connective tissue. A great compliment to any Vinyasa class or workout. Class room temperature up to 80 degrees.

Vinyasa + Yin
This all-levels class offers longer holds with plenty of modifications and challenges allowing you to deepen and strengthen your practice. Room temperature 85 and up. We will flow for 60 minutes of followed by 15 minutes of Yin stretching
Yoga for beginners
This one hour class will give you the basics and a better understanding of how yoga will benefit your mind, body and spirit. We will focus on breath, postures, terminology and use of props. This class is a great opportunity to meet other new yogis as well.

Bee Punctual. Arrive on time. Studio doors open 15 minutes before class. To minimize class disruptions, late arrivals are not permitted five minutes after class starts.
Bee Clean. Please use our complimentary mat spray to clean your mat.
Some Like it HOT… some do not. It’s okay, we offer both heated and non-heated classes! Make sure you hydrate with water before, during and after class. Always check with your doctor first if you have any health concerns.
Bee Kind to your Body. Listen to your body. If something does not feel right, do not do it. Our teachers will offer modifications. Take child's pose (or any pose that serves you) when needed.
Bee Curious. If you are new to yoga, please consider taking a yoga basics workshop or private lesson.You will have the opportunity to ask questions and have our knowledgeable teachers work with you on a more personal level.
