Stacey Fishbein 200 RYT

Stacey has been practicing yoga for fifteen years. She became interested in studying the discipline on a deeper level — and, through the guidance of Kris, received her 200-level yoga teacher training in 2020. She is currently continuing her studies towards her 500 hour certification. Her classes exude radiant positive energy that is infectious.
As a former teacher, she was missing the opportunity to help students learn. Now, in the studio, she combines her love of people and music to create an especially mindful flow. Stacey lives in Long Gove with her husband and their three children. With them, and, in the studio, she truly feels at home.

Kelly Luby 200 RYT

Kelly began her yoga journey over 20 years ago. Her first yoga experience left her feeling humbled, challenged, and calm. She was quickly hooked, becoming more motivated and energized with each class. In 2002, Kelly began a Masters program in Traditional Chinese Medicine and became intrigued by the parallels between yoga and Chinese medicine. She likened the feeling of savasana to the zen state achieved through acupuncture.

After completing her master’s program, Kelly practiced as an acupuncturist before raising her five children and later completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2024. Her teaching blends ashtanga discipline with fluid vinyasa, rooted in a fascination with energy, breath, and prana/qi, while off the mat she enjoys the outdoors, family life, and ongoing study of health and Chinese medicine.
