Join Kris, E-RYT, breast cancer survivor and thriver, for a free gentle yoga class designed to support healing and renewal. This practice will focus on improving mobility, easing stress, and nurturing overall well-being for those currently navigating or recovering from breast cancer.
Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space to move, breathe, and connect. Class includes 60 minutes of gentle yoga followed by a 15-minute sharing circle. Tea and light bites will be served.
